To register your interest, please use the contact details or enquiry form provided and the team will be happy to keep you updated using your preferred contact method. We are working with Bagshaws Residential in Ashbourne on our Rosarium Heights development. Their in-house mortgage advisor will firstly qualify you to ensure you can afford your chosen property. Once qualified, a reservation fee of £1000 will be taken to reserve your new home.

Bagshaws Residential will list one of each house type and will advise prospective buyers on the timeline for first completions. They will advise when you should be applying for your mortgage to ensure it is still valid by the time you are ready to complete the purchase of your new home.

50% of the reservation fee is refundable. Your reservation fee is deducted from the balance of your new home upon completion.

Bagshaws Residential have their own dedicated new homes mortgage advisors that will qualify buyers before reservation.

Each home will come with a 10-year new build warranty supplied by NHBC to ensure extra piece of mind. This warranty covers any structural defects that may appear within the first ten years. You will need to set up home and contents insurance upon completion of your new home.
